Diabetes Education Standard Individual consultation 30 minutes
A doctor’s referral is preferred and if the referral is completed as part of a care plan by your GP you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for the consultation.
A follow up review consultation will be scheduled to suit your requirements.
Longer Consultations are also provided for Insulin Pump Starts /Upgrades and for Continuous Glucose Monitoring. This is usually done in conjunction with your Endocrinologist (Diabetes Specialist).
Blood glucose meters are available for free during your consultation.
NDSS registration can be completed as Danielle is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator.
Weight Management consultations are also available. These are completed over an 8 week program using zoom/email and face to face appointments.
Home visit available on request.
